Once your order is processed and your credit information is verified, your order will be shipped within2 business days. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail you provided when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information. Please remember that you must be available to sign for your package and it must be the same address as your billing address.
We ship all packages by UPS or USPS.
We DO NOT Ship To Military Installations Such As Apos.
We DO NOT Ship Items to PO Boxes.

Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery.
SURE Cosmetics or its vendors cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
Delayed delivery cannot give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for canceling the order.

Due to the nature of our products, only orders of substantial size will be considered for international delivery. We recommend that international orders be placed through PayPal or wire transfer to avoid holds placed on unverified international credit cards. If your payment information is unverified, we may ask for further documentation including card issuer contact information and statements of card authorization. Shipping methods for all international orders will be as per agreement at the time of the order. You may select your own delivery company to pick up products at our warehouse or we will use one of our own. If you are selecting your own company, further instruction will be provided at the time of the order. SURE Cosmetics ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes. If you do incur additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs in your country. Please contact your local customs office with any clarifications.
SURE Cosmetics or its vendors WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT FOR SEIZED PRODUCTS BY CUSTOMS. ITEMS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY WITHOUT INSURANCEWILL NOT RECEIVE CREDITS FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE EXCLUDED FROM ANY GUARANTEES LISTED BELOW.
Holiday Shipping
SURE Cosmetics is closed for all U.S. National Holidays and does not mail any packages on those days.
In-Store Pick-Up
We do not offer this option at the moment. All orders must be placed online.
Unavailable Stock
If an item you have requested is out of stock or otherwise unable to be shipped, we will notify you via email of your options. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will call to confirm the issue with your order. If our attempts to contact you are met with no response, we will simply cancel your order and refund funds to your payment method within a week of your order date. Please be sure to check your spam folders for any correspondence, or mark SURE Cosmetics as an accepted sender.
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We put this policy in place to protect our loyal customers and SURE Cosmetics business from unfair and unethical practices.
Satisfaction Guarantee is limited only to SURE Cosmetics fragrance product lines which have been sold to FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS directly through our websites at full retail price who took a fragrance quiz on our website.
If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us at
customersfirst@surecosmetics.com within 5 business days from the time when product was delivered, along with order number, a reason why you are not satisfied and we will gladly process your refund.
Satisfaction Guarantee is not extended tofragrances sold to customers through our network of wholesalers (Brand Ambassadors or Consultants) where customers had an opportunity to experience and try fragrances prior to the purchase via one on one product demo presentations.
Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover shipping and handling charges.
Satisfaction Guarantee covers only SURE Fragrance lines unless otherwise noted.

Return Policy
Disclaimer:
Due to Health reasons, we cannot accept returns/exchanges and issue credit/exchange for products that were compromised/opened and are NOT in the original package unless covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee.
We will honor exceptions only if the exchange is a result of quality problem with the product, such as pump malfunction, leaking cap etc.
Please note that we may not always have an accurate photo representation of the products. Selections should be made with care.
Never order based on the picture shown, only order based on description.
How do I return unopened item?
Return and Exchange authorization is required:
E-mail us at
orders@surecosmetics.com prior to shipping your package back. When emailing please specify your order number, first and last name, the reason for the return. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of quality problem with the product such as pump malfunction or our error (wrong items shipped etc).
Returns must be shipped directly to the SURE Cosmetics warehouse via a preapproved shipper.

- Original order confirmation no. or invoice no.
- Return authorization code
- Reason for return
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the shipment receipt date.
Money will be refunded within 7 days once we confirm receipt in our warehouse.

While we have a strict REFUND/EXCHANGE policy (see above), we only allow for product exchange within 3 days of purchase or delivery on all unopened items shipped by ERROR ONLY.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. Returns must be shipped back to SURE Cosmetics using a traceable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any package that has not been received by SURE Cosmetics and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. If your package is returned to SURE Cosmetics marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $9.95 minimum re-shipping fee within United States ONLY.

Canceling Your Order:
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.
Claims
You must notify us within 7 days from the date of your order if you have not receive it. Any order discrepancies must be communicated with our office as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days from delivery confirmation date shown on the UPS website. Failure to do so will revoke your right to the refund or correction.
